I really cannot find one bad thing to say about this place. I bought a van almost 11 years ago now and had a great experience. Just got myself a new RAM and still the same. Love seeing that Bouctouche Chrysler still delivers on their word. No hidden fees, no hidden if's and buts.. Justin was great in the sale, Lynn in finance was great in the finance and I got what I wanted at a great price. Thank you Bouctouche Chrysler fam!!

Had to do an emergency drop in during a road trip out east from Ontario…of course the extremely booked service department couldn't formally schedule me in, but Marc in Service was a gem. He helped us figure out our issue with our car and sent us on our way to the auto parts store down the road because they didn't have what our car required in their parts dept. He didn't charge us for the visit even though I asked to compensate them for their time. Thanks so much again Marc and Bouctouche CDJ!

A very pleasant experience, when I went with a friend to purchase a used Ram pickup. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and we took the truck on an hour long test drive without a tag along and really got to feel out the vehicle and talk about his decision. The interest rates were a little high compared to a bank or credit union, but not ridiculous. The trade offer was low compared to the actual value, but it was an older truck with higher km and they were probably just going to wholesale it..so you cant blame them for that either. The salesman went through ever option to try and get the deal where my friend wanted it, and spent the extra time explaining the best options and there were NO pressure tactics whatsoever, even when we decided he should sell the truck privately.He worked hard to get my friend the deal he wanted. This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had with a dealer, so I would highly recommend them if they have something your looking for.
